Suggestions Thread - How to improve the guild

Dear Committee,

*Sorry that i could not find the proper channel/topic to post this*

Just wanna voice some thoughts bout e guild ..

*- Guild Fame -*

As we all know that the guild has a considerable amount of fame in AuditionSEA after our leaders fight alot for it ..

But as we can see, due to inactivity of almost 65% of the guild members, the guild is starting to lose in fame, or in other words "forgotten".

Well, thats not all .. Members who got bullied , belittled and such .. felt kinda bad for ZINC .. who got into some trouble with FD guild .. Such stuffs should not have happened ..

Or in such cases, sad to say, besides peace talking and mouth fighting being the only solution that we have currently , there are almost no other way for us to fight back nor react to this ..

- Solution -

I would like to propose some solutions for the committee to consider ..

- Re-shuffling the member list.

There are members who only just park in the guild but some might have quit audition already.

- Promoting more activeness.

By setting up more internal guild events to make members more active.

- Selecting members to form our own pk team.

Lapool have somehow left the fam (though still retaining his --1st-- tag, but i believe that there is a need for a new PK team and leader to emerge.

db4 db8 3v3 guild PK ..

Note that with guilds like DD Nkz and such around, we can never let our guard down.

cos last time about those pk leader or w.e...
wasnt it suppose ta be held once a month or something?
